NORFED chart compares silver v. unbacked paper
Protesting the Federal Reserve -- one FRAUD at a time
Since our monetary system was removed from a gold standard in 1913 the value of our money has been in steady decline. The day Congress treasonously gave the private Federal Reserve bankers control of our money was the day the American people began trading pieces of paper for items of substance such as labor, resources and property. Each dollar in circulation is a FRAUD (Federal Reserve Auditing Unit Dollar). Rather than representing the value of a thing, a FRAUD in our hand represents the debt of a thing -- the price we pay for the privilege of using this marvelous medium of exchange. The conversion of our gold-backed system to our debt-based system is not an accident. At least two U.S. presidents, Lincoln and Kennedy, intended to maintain or retain our god-backed economy of substance and were subsequently assassinated.
The chart at right [see http://www.norfed.org/press/norfedchart.pdf] is extremely illuminating. The National Organization for the Repeal of the Federal Reserve Act and the Internal Revenue Code (NORFED) began promoting the circulation of silver-backed, inflation-proof Liberty Dollars in 1998. The chart shows how Liberty Dollars would have fared in comparison to FRAUDS had they both been issued at the same time in 1913. It is easy to see which medium of exchange is a better value for those who hold it.
For years the U.S. Postal Service which, like the Federal Reserve Bank is not really a public entity, had no competition. Then came United Parcel Service and Federal Express. In time those companies had cornered significant shares of the marketplace. NORFED's Liberty Dollars are perfectly legal and lawful mediums of exchange that are beginning to challenge the FRAUD monopoly like UPS and Fed EX challenged the USPS.
On a personal note, we at The Idaho Observer find trading in Liberty Currency the most fun a contemporary contrarian can have. While opposing the wrongs of our time can be frustrating and seemingly fruitless, the exchange of goods and services through an inflation-proof medium of substance that bypasses the Federal Reserve FRAUD system is extremely rewarding on multiple fronts. Primarily, like-minded people may engage in peaceable commerce and all parties walk away with something of value instead of a worthless piece of paper. On top of it all, NORFED uses that worthless paper to purchase gold and silver on the open market. That gold and silver becomes the minted coins that back Liberty Currency. Now is a good time to begin building your economy from substance.
If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them, will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. ~Thomas Jefferson
