Bush announces plans to occupy Africa

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- During his Feb. 4, 2003 State of the Union speech, President Bush made a tacit admission that the U.S. is planning to occupy the continent of Africa. The admission came with the president's announcement that his administration will approve an aid package of $10 billion to help Africa deal with its AIDS epidemic.

Official documents reveal that the U.S. created several pathogens now linked to the condition known as AIDS, that these were intentionally delivered to the world through contaminated vaccines, and that “AIDS” is particularly damaging to populations of blacks.

With respect to U.S. policy in Africa, President Bush's state of the union promise to Africa is a cryptic recognition that National Security Study Memorandum (NSSM) #200 is still guiding American foreign policy with regard to world population.

NSSM #200, written by then National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger April 27, 1974, examined world population and its implication on U.S. security and U.S. access to resources. On page 43 of NSSM #200, Kissinger stated, “Reduction of the rate of population in these states [developing countries] is a matter of vital U.S. national security.”

The birth of AIDS

Minutes from a 1970 Department of Defense (DOD) Appropriations hearing for the development of immune-system destroying agents for biological warfare, published by Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz (Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola -- Nature Accident or Intentional, 1995) mark the beginning of what we know today as AIDS. Dr. Horowitz subsequently uncovered and published a maze of DOD contracts with entities such as Litton Bionetics to develop such agents and scores of peer-reviewed scientific papers regarding the development of immune-system destroying agents.

In other words, U.S. chemical and biological weapons research and development companies, under contract with the DOD, created several pathogens commonly referred to as AIDS. Furthermore, “AIDS” was created with military (“U.S. national security interests”) applications in mind.

Other documents uncovered by Dr. Horowitz show that AIDS was intentionally delivered to North America by inoculating gays in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco with contaminated hepatitis B vaccine between 1973 and 1978.

Dr. Horowitz traced the origin of the AIDS epidemic in Africa to contaminated polio vaccine. Mass polio vaccination programs were conducted in Africa between the years 1973 and 1978 (and are still ongoing).

Dr. William Douglass, author of “WHO Murdered Africa (Health Freedom News, Sept., 1987), attributes Africa's AIDS epidemic to the administration of contaminated smallpox vaccine beginning in 1972.

The Bush administration is keenly aware of U.S. bio lab origin of the African AIDS epidemic per security considerations found in NSSM #200. Since the U.S., with the help of the World Health Organization, intentionally caused the AIDS epidemic in Africa, his state of the union promise to Africa is tantamount to a sick joke.

President Bush used the seemingly benevolent offer of “humanitarian aid” as a mechanism to fool the American people into believing their leaders are compassionately championing freedom on the eve of WWIII. Instead, his offer is a sign that the U.S. intends to take a more hands-on interest in the depopulation efforts in Africa, per NSSM #200. “The U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries. That fact gives the U.S. enhanced interests in the political, economic and social stability of the supplying countries. Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to economic interests of the United States,” Henry Kissinger observed in 1974.

Most Americans apparently did not get the president's joke as some 70 percent reportedly approved of the president's state of the union performance.

Americans should not feel above the U.S. government's population reduction policies as set forth in NSSM #200. Smallpox vaccine manufactured prior to 1980, which is likely contaminated with “AIDS” has been diluted. The diluted, outdated smallpox vaccine will be used up in the mass smallpox vaccination campaign already underway in the U.S.
