From the January 2007 Idaho Observer:

Carter-2-Motorsports brings federal justice reform, constitutional preservation, Isaiah 10 (and The IO) to NASCAR circuit in 2007

The Carter2 NASCAR ready for 2007. The Carter Team message is clear: Truth, justice and restoration of the American way.

Roger Carter II put his first pro-American stock car on the track in May, 2006. This year, what may be the first "constitutional" car to ever run in the big time, is scheduled to run in 27 races-without corporate sponsors. Most prominently displayed is The Idaho Observer and Isaiah10.com. Isaiah 10 begins: "Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed." www.freefeds.org, Save the Constitution, and Pass HR 3072 will also be displayed at ARCA/REMAX races but NASCAR officials do not approve political statements on cars running in NASCAR races.

In all humility, the Carter2Motorsports (carter2mororsports.com) ministry became extremely personal to The IO when the Carter 2 Team affixed an adapted IO logo to its race truck last spring (The IO, Sept., 2006).

Aside from being honored in this way by the only professional race team dedicated to Americanist ideals, this car will be out there throughout 2007 as a billboard for the cause of truth, justice and the (true) American way. During this auto racing season, Roger Carter II and his dedicated team deserve our prayers and our support.

Stock car racing is the world's most popular spectator sport. So far the Carter2 team mission has generated mostly positive feedback. May God bless you guys with a show of support from Americans who want their country back.

STATESVILLE, NC-When the green flag drops next month at Daytona International Speedway, Roger Carter, II, with his Carter-2Motorsports team, will set sail for the first of 23 ARCA RE/MAX Series races in their freshman year of competition. While gunning for several milestones this rookie season, Carter2 has bigger plans. Utilizing his 3,400-pound stock car, Carter2 plans to promote sponsor FreeFeds.org. This is a very unique and promising new avenue for promoting our nation's Founding principles to the racing community in 2007. The Carter2Motorsports team believes this exposure will spread its pro-American message all over the nation.

FreeFeds.org is a non-profit organization. Its sole purpose is to gain public support for reinstating the possibility of parole for non-violent, non-repeat offenders languishing in the federal prison system without hope for good time or early release.

The Carter2 Team believes that the federal justice system is in need of a total reform. Free Feds Foundation supports all national, state and local incentives to expunge the convictions of the 5.3 million ex-felons in the United States, so they will have their constitutional rights reinstated and have valuable input into our political system after almost 200 years of second-class status.

"It's very true that we have a lot to prove this season, but we're up for the challenge," said ARCA RE/MAX Series Rookie-of-the-Year candidate Roger Carter, II. "In addition to our fight on the racetrack, we're continuing our fight off the track as well with our sponsors and our beliefs. We support our sponsors 100 percent and will continue investing all of our down time in making sure we spread the word about the Free Feds Foundation and H.R. 3072."

The Free Feds Foundation might be one of the most interesting sponsors to enter the racing world, but they are coming with burning intent, a package and a goal. While racing to a checkered flag may be one of Carter II's goals heading into his inception year, he is primarily racing towards broadening his horizons and reaching out to the race fans so they can be encouraged to support the Free Feds Foundation.

"Everyone can help," he said. "We are looking for individual support and we are hoping that corporate American will step up to the plate and equally support our efforts. He added, "There is a lot to be done and I know our mission will help a lot of people when we succeed. We need all the support and backing the Free Feds Foundation can get and we look forward to talking, explaining and working with everyone all year."

Carter, II whose ARCA RE/MAX Series operation is based in Statesville, North Carolina will run Dodge Chargers in 2007. The team will run the No. 48 handed over from the legendary James Hylton who retired from ARCA competition following the 2006 season finale at the new Iowa Speedway. Roger Carter II-racing to save America.

You just never know who is listening…

We just found out why Roger Carter supports federal justice reform and how The IO became a sponsor of the Carter2Motorsports team: He was, essentially, set up to spend three years in federal prison for a non-crime. He did time with a couple guys who subscribed to The IO. He began reading about what's really happening to America and found support for what he was reading in The IO through his own research. Determined to make a difference, Carter began putting together the plan to reverse the destruction of our nation by putting a constitutional car on the track in a race to awaken her people.
