From the October 2007 Idaho Observer:

Gore wins Nobel Peace Prize for deflecting global warming heat from military activity

Former U.S. vice-president Al Gore and the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change were awarded the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize for raising awareness of the threat of global warming.

Gore has been flying all over the world telling people that their cars and lawnmowers are responsible for elevated carbon dioxide levels that are causing earth’s temperatures to rise. Gore also won an Oscar for producing and starring in the film "An Inconvenient Truth," which was intended to warn people about the dangers of climate change and urge them to ride bikes to work and cut grass with scissors.

But the film should have been Titled, "An Inconvenient Half-Truth." Not once did Gore mention the megatonnage of particulates the government is intentionally loading into the troposphere and stratosphere for military applications such as communications, virtual imaging and cloaking. Gore does not mention, either, the incessant rocket launches (mostly for putting military hardware into orbit), the use of military vehicles (like tanks, helicopters, ships, trucks and troop carriers) that get really lousy gas mileage. While pensively looking out the airplane as the star of his "documentary," Gore’s narration did not mention that perpetual war and the ceaseless barrage of depleted uranium-coated rockets bursting in air are also factors linked to global warming.

If one cell phone can heat up a person’s brain, what effect does the global network of satellite beams, cell towers, WiFi and WiMax antennas and microwave repeaters have on the earth’s temperatures?

The Norwegian Nobel Committee chose Gore and the UN from a field of 181

candidates.

"He is probably the single individual who has done most to create greater worldwide understanding of the measures that need to be adopted," the committee said in its award citation.

The Nobel prize is worth $1.7 million and will be awarded in Oslo on December 10. It has been speculated that Gore has been able to turn lies and half-truths into Oscars and Nobels because he is a made man whose return to politics will be much more successful if his new image is that of a saintly global crusader.
