From the March 2010 Idaho Observer:
Is “United States” a registered trademark?
If it is not the registered trademark of a corporation, then why is the symbol, ®, on the envelope from the U.S. Census Bureau? Look at the envelope that you probably just found in your mailbox addressed to “RESIDENT”. Look closely and you will see: United States®
So, United States is not only a corporation but the trademark of a corporation. This trademark is simply more proof that the 2010 Census is counting all their 14th Amendment citizens. As 14th Amendment citizens, you are being asked to fill out the form based on Title 13, Chapter 5 of U.S. Code which is a blatant violation of Article 1, Section 2 and Amendment 14, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution.
Is the 2010 Census now proof that we are no longer operating under the U.S. Constitution but under U.S. Code with the United States now having the registered trademark of a corporation?
