Our Apache web servers are the most popular on the internet, running under the Linux operating system,providing you with much greater reliability than Microsoft Windows (TM) based systems.

All machines are currently located at above.net and monitored 24 hours a day. (We reserve the right to relocate servers to other hosting facilities if conditions warrant.) This enables you to enjoy all the security, bandwidth and reliability of this premier hosting facility for a fraction of the costs of you would pay to co-locate directly while being relieved of all the headaches of server administration! Should a problem arise, a technician will be paged within 5 minutes.

• Extra disk space is available for a ONE TIME charge of $1 per MB. This is NOT a recurring monthly charge!
• If your total web traffic is greater than your Bandwidth Allowance, then the extra traffic will be billed at the rate of $18 per GB (1024 MB ).
• Email forwarding will redirect any email sent to you@your_domain_name to any other email address of your choosing.
• Email POP accounts on Basic and Advanced accounts are of the form: anything@your_domain_name
• Email POP accounts on Starter accounts are of the form: your_name@proliberty.com

Uptime Guarantee

Our uptime guarantee seems to be one of the best in the business: if we don't meet our guarantee, then you get the month for free, and you don't even have to ask for it! The billing department will simply give you the month for free. (If only we could get such a guarantee from our network providers.)

The guarantee is that the equipment that we control will be available 99.9% of the calendar month (e.g. less than 42 minutes of down time). Trouble with equipment and networks outside of our control is not covered.

Billing

• Accounts will be considered active at the start of the month following the one in which they were created. (We reserve the right to change this.)
• Over-due notices will be sent when invoices are over 30 days oustanding. Accounts over 60 days overdue will be suspended.
• Files for suspended accounts may be deleted at any time.
