From the January 2004 Idaho Observer:

CDC ignores unexplained death epidemic

by The Idaho Observer

CDC Director Julie Gerberding, MD, apparently does not share our concerns that nearly 500,000 Americans each year have simply “dropped dead” from unknown causes. Not only has the director of the nation's epidemic watchdog agency not initiated any plan to find out why so many are dying suddenly of what it calls “sudden cardiac death (SCD),” but she did not answer The IO's certified letter dated 12/10/03 (The Idaho Observer, Dec., 2003).

An alarming number of cases (192) where the causes of death were “...yet to be determined” per the obituaries listed in the Orange County Register, were documented during the five-month period between June 11, 2003 and November 15, 2003. The documentation was forwarded to The IO.

The IO immediately contacted Betty Martini of Mission Possible because the Orange County numbers are consistent with the national numbers and we believe the artificial sweetener aspartame is behind the half-million deaths the CDC refuses to explain.

The IO encourages everyone to study the obituaries in their local newspapers, identify the unexplained deaths, clip them out and paste them into a journal. We have a plan. Give The IO a call if you want to participate.
