Time to bury the fraduulent 14th

"When all government, domestic and foreign, in little as in great things, shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all power, it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another, and we will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated."

Both quotes above were prophetic; both prophecies have been fulfilled. Does a solution to this usurpation exist? Yes! The "14th Amendment" sits on a foundation of fraud; it fails the mandated requirements of the U.S. Constitution’s Article V. Lawfully, the so-called 14th Amendment does not even exist. And all federal usurpations of power hinge upon that one "amendment." Being unlawfully ratified, its surgical removal is the cure-all for most of our present-day problems with government, regarding state and individual rights.

Patriots need to get up to speed on the 14th Amendment and actively participate in the campaign to bury it.

The evidence overwhelmingly proves that the so-called "14th Amendment" failed to satisfy the amending process mandated by Article V of the U.S. Constitution and force was used against 11 of our Southern States to fake its passage.

The 14th Amendment brought a death blow to the American Republic established by our Founding Fathers. It is the point of departure. Under that travesty, we’ve endured an entirely altered structure of government. Under the guise of freedom for all men, federal and state levels of government have reversed their roles.

The sovereign States no longer exist; the power now resides with America’s new kingship, enthroned in Washington, D.C. We, the people of this land, are building momentum for a movement to recover what Madison, Monroe, Jefferson and Franklin gave us over two hundred years ago—a Republic. We demand that the royalists in Washington, D.C., comply with the original intents of our confederation and return to us our Republic.

This moment is nothing new. We are simply holding certain truths as self-evident—and they are the same truths as those published by the Founding Fathers in the Declaration of Independence. We are merely being forced by tyrants to reinvent the Revolution of 1776.

Our rallying point is the Fraudulent 14th—upon which the central government has justified such outrages as the direct taxation of our wages, gun control, loss of States’ rights, the theft of property rights, the usurpation of parental rights and the steady erosion of basic civil liberties. All of these usurpations of power have been battlegrounds upon which pockets of constitutionalists all over the nation have been fighting, unsuccessfully, for decades. Yet all of these "unconstitutional" laws derive their "authority" from the 14th Amendment and said "amendment" has an Achilles heel: Article V of the U.S. Constitution.

We as constitutionalists, defenders of America’s true governmental Confederacy (see Article I, Articles of Confederation and the Tenth Amendment, U.S. Constitution), can continue battling separately with the corporate U.S. government’s agencies and agents or we can mount a unified change of strategy and put a hole through that fraudulent piece of paper commonly referred to as the "14th Amendment."

This is the "silver bullet" for which constitutionalists have been searching since 1869. We must make time to get familiar with the unlawful manner by which the "14th Amendment" was violently grafted onto the Constitution. Once we know the story (and it’s not very long or complicated), we can, with authority, prove to people that the 14th Amendment has been used to overthrow our confederation of sovereign state governments and replace them with a ruthless form of totalitarianism.
