Eight years after 9/11/01, truth activists demand justice through a grand jury investigation

N. Caldwell, NJ - Retired engineer Don Meserlian, National Chairman of the “Citizen’s Campaign for a 9/11 Grand Jury Investigation in 2010”, has presented indisputable proof that explosives, not fires, caused the collapse of the Twin Towers and WTC 7 on Sept. 11, 2001. Evidence for the following is also presented at the petition’s weblink:

1. A seismograph, 21 miles north of ground zero, detected underground explosives in the basements of the Twin Towers, 14 and 17 seconds before the FAA stated times that the planes struck the Towers.
2. All three towers fell down at free-fall acceleration. This can only occur when explosives are removing the supporting structure as the buildings are falling.
3. Evidence of explosives was found in the dust from WTC 7.

The above “evidence of treason” was presented to the N. Caldwell mayor, council, police department, and municipal court judge with the request that they obey USC 18 par. 2382 “Misprision of Treason”. All of these N. Caldwell officials have refused to obey the law.

As a result of these serious charges and the inaction on the part of N. Caldwell’s public servants, Meserlian has refused to pay his property taxes until they present the “evidence of treason” to a N.J. judge who would in turn be responsible for presenting the evidence to a New York City judge in the jurisdiction where the “act of treason” occurred.

A New York City Citizen’s Campaign has formed to do what N.J. officials have refused to do: Initiate a Grand Jury investigation in the jurisdiction where the “act of treason” occurred.

Meserlian is also concerned about the prisoners being held at Guantanamo for their involvement flying planes into WTC 1 and 2, causing their collapse.

“The GITMO prisoners are only accused of planning and flying the planes into the Twin Towers wherein the federal government has insisted that fires from the burning jet fuel caused the collapse of the Towers,” Meserlian claims. “Since explosives, not fires, caused the collapse, the GITMO prisoners are innocent and should be tried in a civilian court where writs of Amicus Curie could be submitted in order to present the evidence of their innocence in causing the towers collapse.”
